The King Quad racks are more like the Polaris plastic racks (I think they were the first to introduce these) but on a closer look, I think its just plastic covers over the traditional metal racks. Ok, was out running around doing some work in prep for hunting season last weekend and my ATV started acting up.

Welcome to the forum. A few things come to mind that could be issues. The issue with possibly contaminated fuel is a concern. Obviously, your King Quad doesn’t have a carb like your generator, instead has an injector . There is a crude “filter” (sock) that will restrict larger debris, but fine contaminants can pass through.
