SanDisk and Samsung flash drives are usually the best I've seen. Really all mini USV drives use pretty trash flash storage though. SSD is not a good solution for an archive because it stores data as electric charge in its cells and the charge may eventually disappear when the SSD is offline for a longer period of time ( = couple of years). Manufactuers actually guaranee one year only data retention when the SSD is offline ( = without power). Data on HDD are more persistent.
