Ram 2500 stuck in 4th gear.

I felt the transmission slip and now it is stuck in fourth gear. I have come to a stop And the truck will downshift from 4th to 1st gear. Then when I go again it will jump from 1st to 4th gear. Downshifting from 6th to 4th at 65 (or even 75+) mph shouldn't cause the tires to lock up.
