Program EOR score conversion. My program writes their own EORs and is not willing to share if/how they convert our EOR score to compare to the PAEA average to determine if we pass or not. The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. Rosh isn’t really meant to teach you what you should’ve learned in didactic, but rather show you where your gaps are and prepare you for answering test questions.
