Besides what everyone else said, an alternative is to go into a railjack orphix misison, they usually spawn there. You could jump into one, abort mission, and still keep the nightwave achievement. RNG is bad on them. It's not uncommon to have 0 spawn on a map. Just keep looking : ( Archwing helps.
