No need to over exaggerate mate, Before the buff to the drop rates they were 25% for Legend and Master was 33%. It's pretty much impossible you went 48 runs without a single drop, even 10 runs without a drop is very unlikely. That said I'm not 100% sure you can even get the older exotics the first time from lost sectors

The rewards its giving out look a lot like rewards for standard lost sectors over my ~15 runs or so (often only glimmer, rarely enhancement cores and very rarely world loot).
