emudeck installs but no emulation folder is created. I've installed Emudeck 5 times already and the emulation folder only appears when I install it on the ssd, when I try to install Emudeck on a sd card everything installs fine but there is no emulation folder. I've tried 3 different sd cards formatted with the steam deck with no luck.

You need to use Supermodel, which is the Sega Model 3 emulator. I haven't tried it on Linux at all. It doesn't have a GUI but there is a separate app called "Sega Model 3 UI" that you can use.
