How do I remove a fence base. The base as in right after you shovel the 2 logs into place. Tried with ever tool to dismantle nothing works please help. Normaly with a axe/saw etc you get a option for it, you need to look down a little bit and try it from "outside". Because you still cant dismantle parts from inside, only from outside!

A sledgehammer is good for exactly 300 hits on a wall or gate, then it's ruined. That won't get you through, but you can find additional sledgehammers and keep at it and get through eventually. Picks or axes can be repaired, so last longer before ruined. Bases on vanilla Dayz servers have never really been a viable goal. The problem is because of two conflicting issues in the game: 1. The concept that any player should always have the ability to break into any base, unlike other games such as rust.
