Without dlc my preference is final flash super spirit bomb for ultimates and for supers I only have one real recommendation of bending kamehameha because bots just Don't see it coming. Also special beam blast as an evasive can deal massive damage in a pinch. 125 Stam, 125 ki blast, 125 basic.

There's really no specific build that makes you the king of PvE as long as you don't go and do something stupid. Plus, builds are fake. There's something of a 12% difference between 0 and 125 points, so the worst builds will only slightly gimp you. EDIT: Unless you're a Saiyan.

I prefer using Kaioken as well as Goku's super soul "Body, don't fail me now," which buffs all melee attacks basic and Supers by a "Large" amount, as I mostly play PvE, and just dog opponents ...Only suggestions regarding stat allocation would be to put 125 into Basic Attack. You could put 42 or 84 points into Stamina, enough to give you one or two extra bars. Stamina is important for melee builds.
