Swtor lost security key.

I made a 2nd account last time I was preferred to act as bank alts, which are now of course redundant thanks to the legacy bank. Trouble is I cant remember the password and dont have the security key, I cant change the password without the key and I can't remove the key without the password....is there an easy way to fix this? if you know the password you can remove the key yourself by leaving it blank and clicking the lost key link, but not knowing the password will result in a login failed. you are more then welcome to email [email protected] , but they will ask you to call due to account security. otherwise you have the option to make a new account. EA support are unable to remove a security key from an account. swtor support are a different support line and can only remove a key by phone call if you are unable to remove the key yourself in the web browser as seen below by leaving the key blank. ( note the password needs to be known)
