I worked at Sunstates Security for 5 months and got fired because a fellow officer sent me home and lied to management and said I left and abandoned the job. I didn’t get any warning no one tried to hear me out and the management is VERY unprofessional.

Their commitment to their employees and clients truly reflects how a solid structure along with strong work ethic leads to growth, development and longevity. So the fact that management pays attention to the good and the bad is refreshing. The pay is not great but when you compare it to the rest of the security industry, it's above average. I worked with two clients in the Wilmington NC area and at both client locations the pay was well above any other security job.
