Here is a 1 oz Blue Dot load out of the Hand Book of Shotshell reloading.---win 209, 23.5 Blue Dot, Rem Sp 20, 1220 fps@ 11400 psi. With Blue dot you need to have a deep firm crimp & is NOT a good cold weather powder. You might be able to use a RXP 20 or a AA 20 with wad pressure of over 60 lbs.

Supposed to break apart upon firing. Its main purpose is to ease feeding of the wad on some reloading machines. For reload recipe purposes, it is the same wad. Your other wad option would be an SG20S from BPI in presently manufactured wads. Other wad options would be discontinued WAA20F1 or SP20. The wad I've settled on for my 20 ga hunting loads is Ballistic Products TC20. I load 22 grains of Longshot, BPI's TC20 wad and 1oz of #5 Nickle plated shot.
