Isle Sprint is a duty action, and can only be accessed via Duty Action I. On keyboard, the default keybind for it is the backtick key which is usually just below ESC on most keyboards. You might have rebound this key, which means you will need another spot for Duty Action I, or you could just click it with the mouse. Well if you want some numbers, the last time I checked, the "Simple Tweaks" plugin (one of the most popular plugins in Dalamud's repos) has been downloaded almost 1.4 million times.
