It triggers exactly as Martialis above described and only like that afaik. You get a random encounter on the way to Lepers Smile. There are several Babaus. You then find a note that puts that location on the map. Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous The Enigma Puzzle Solutions & Walkthrough Some Info. To enter the Enigma you must solve Nameless Ruins statues puzzle first. You only can reach this in chapter 5, so it’s actually endgame. There is an elven note & a recipe can be found inside if you aim to collect all. There's a fort and an army between the Nameless Ruins and the Artisan's Tower. There's no path I can find to get there. I'd really like to know what direction I have to go from to get there.
