Ninjutsu and Onmyo should be unlocked and strengthed using items you find naturally in the game, and your actual levels focus on increasing your weapon and stat profiency. Having them locked behind stats most players will never use just limits the combat system. Why would I sacrifice raw power for secondary benefits.

Already got untouched ninjutsu/elxiir, shuriken/kunai damage, auto drave recovery and ninjutsu power. These effects work off "base damage", not damage dealt. So ninjutsu power shouldn't affect it.
