Oct 30, 2018 · Black Scratch is a Tech hunter city, seems like it should be more well defended. The problem really is that guardians and citizens in cities do not respawn. It makes "sense" if the player wipes out the entire city. Otherwise it just leads to cities basically ALL of them eventually failing. A total world overhaul for Kenshi. New factions, New Locations, New textures, New models including buildings, armor, weapons, tools & items. We've updated almost every old city to have a new layout or have added to them to give them more definition in their own right. New mechanics and Old Mechanics touched upon. It is indeed, Kenshi 1.5.worlds end has the mechanists university. here you can't buy things but steal some AI Cores. The "Great Library" is in Black Scratch with all (or most) blueprints in the game. Interesting, I never found any AI cores to steal.
