It is okay to copy the JFrog CLI executable into the container. If you're using a self-signed certificate to access the server, I assume that you placed it under ~/.jfrog/security as described in the documentation. There's a chance that you're hitting the same issue as described in #246. Version 1.21.0 resolves this issue.
