Once start popping the outside frame part off the door, removed it about 3/4 way around frame. Left me room to remove screws while frame still attached. Made it real easy to pop frame back in after finished. Overall job takes only abut 10 minutes with just a paint scrapper to open the edging and Philips screwdriver.
