You would need to remove/change this hold in order to resume your regular schedule. I ran into this too recently. I fixed it by setting the fan to 0 mins/hr and then going back to the system page and reclicking “off” (I’d already clicked it off like you did). This stopped the fan from running. So off>fan 0>off.
