BOTW stays at 60 fps even when changing cap to 75 fps. I've tried changing my fps cap in the graphics packs but it is still capped at 60. Vsync is off. My monitor and my graphics card/processor can both handle it. I have a constant 60 with no drops or stutters. The picture shown is just the way it averages.
