I have neither the CS or the BUL ultralight BUT I’ve had a ton of STI/Staccatos and a couple BUL guns. I will say this, the BUL’s are great guns for the money but they are a slight step below Staccato in quality.

It all depends on what you want. If you want a range gun, the Tac 2 is great. But it's steel frame gun and is heavy. BUL SAS UL 2 is the lightest option for carry and the cheapest, but the grip is pretty chonky and it seems hit or miss who shoots it well. If you like a glock or full size 2011 grip you'll be fine.
