Chrysler pacifica dvd player not working.

Our 2017 Pacifica has been problem free for the 2 years we've owned it. We just love everything about it. However, just yesterday the screen went totally black when my wife drove it. No radio buttons, no backup image, nothing but black. Haven't found any info about this sort of occurrence in the basic manual or the detailed manual.The stock radio head unit with that has the cd/dvd player in it. Current: 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited Billet Silver, AST, 20" wheels (build date 1-25-18) & 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude V6 FWD Eco Green. The Blu-ray player runs the DVD's but won't play through the van speakers, won't play on the radio LCD or the 2 rear monitors, and won't play sound through the headphones. I've also hooked up the firestick into the HDMI port in the rear and the video plays beautifully but the headphones wouldn't hook up for the sound.
