I took my car to the dealership over the weekend to solve the issue of Eyesight disabling and re-enabling intermittently, (like every 2 minutes). The dealership had the car from 7:30AM to 2:30PM. They test drove the car a few times while "adjusting" some things with their computers and put about 9 miles on the car.

The freeze warning never stopped EyeSight from functioning with my 2021 Limited. Or anything else for that matter. If there is condensation/frost on the windshield or the lenses, that can do it. External conditions such as the blinding snow mentioned above, or fog and heavy rain can also shut it off.
