Dreamer Halberd Build Advice. So need some help deciding if I should start a new character or continue with the current one I have. For my current build I'm using the Dreamer Halberd with Antique Armor Set (Economy enchanted) and Zhorn's/Mefino backpack. Breakthrough points are Cabal Hermit, Speedster, and Rogue Engineer.

You only need 1 point put into Mana to make this work. Ideally you will use the dreamer halberd with runic armor and light mender head/boots/backpack. This gives you 65% Mana reduction and bonus spectral damage which is same as the Halberd. Alternatively you can get the priest cap from monsoon which has a bunch of bonus damages and Mana reduction.
