Second time, I used a golden ranked cauliflower and everybody LOVED it. P.S. I googled the luau ingredients and there's a page on the stardew valley wiki dedicated to what ingredients to use and the effects and responses that you can get for the soup. Golden cauliflower is basically your only real shot at getting the best response your first year.
