Hi all, I've been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can't get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. I replaced the DFI sensors a few month back but I don't think that's the problem.Status Indicator Lights. It's hard to tell from the video, but it looks like the buttons are doing the initial start-up flashing when you turn the room light on. If I had to guess, your litter robot is plugged into an outlet that's on the same circuit as the light switch. So when you turn the room light off, it cuts power to the litter robot also.
