For me, flame of the redmanes. It will break opponent's stance and leave open for critical strikes very easily. Redmanes easily. The damage is meh but the stagger is just too good to pass up on. The issue with Flame of the Redmane is that it's a bit too good.

Blood tax is good but takes timing to land, while implaling strike and piercing fang go through shield blocks while dealing good poise damage. So it depends on what you're trying to get from the weapon : P Estoc is the best for me btw. pvp or pve. Flame of the Redmanes with fire affinity.
