This meant my fortify enchanting potions were capped at 37%, and would not make my gear go further than 29%.That when I manually clicked on ANY 3rd ingredient skyrim changed the potion I wanted to make- in this case fortify enchanting- to a completely different potion- in this case damage magician regen.
