It's really simple. Pick the weapons you want to use. The Greatsword is a good one just because it has low requirements and awesome damage. I'd go Smelter swords for the crazy L2 though. Pick whatever armor you want to use. It's just for fashion. Probably not the absolute heaviest armor though.
