The puleed it out witht he twine. When ever I run cables, leads, wiring or anything, just attached the twine, pull it through and always leave the twine there for next time.

When I go to lower elevations I run a 23 Tempest Plus to keep the RPM's in that 5300-5450 range. I know the Pro XS runs a little higher RPM than the Opti.

You have to push the red nozzle in, and activate the manual recirc to fill the livewell. The aerate switch really doesn't fill it. To pump it out, pull the red nozzle out and turn on the manual recirc.
