This is most likely the issue. I had these same lights come on in my G35 and after replacing the camshaft sensors, that fixed the issue. I know the ABS system can get a abnormal battery voltage code some times when the battery is changed. Jay : Some times just removing the negative battery cable for 10 mins may clear it. But if it doesn't, then it will need to be scanned to see what the code is, so it can be corrected.

The simplest thing to do is to take it back to the dealer. My 2008 Xterra had the VDC/slip light on when it was delivered. Just took it back the next day and they fixed it.
