The Mimic is a horror/thriller-mystery game created by MUCDICH, released on January 15th 2021. It tells the story of four peculiar entities who were sealed away by a notable samurai to forbid them from inducing more mayhem onto the world. The game will have four books with four chapters each, featuring one of the beasts as the antagonist. The Sakura Swamp is a stage—and the second location of Control’s Book: Chapter III. In this part, Yasu escapes the Looping Minka and meets Kaito. After exiting the Minka, Yasu enters a swamp covered in sakura trees, lit by lanterns, and covered by fog. While trying to avoid Kaito, Yasu explores — stumbles upon a tiny Minka, and completes a puzzle inside the Minka, revealing a wooden ... Story. After Yasu enters the basement searching for his lost friends, he encounters Hiachi crying in the distance. As he approaches, Hiachi quickly vanishes out of sight.
