A is the smaller diff head used on the IS200 and RS200, B is the larger diff head on the 2J Gita only like mine which is the same as the IS300. I believe they have a different spline and diff/axel bolt configuration as well so not interchangeable. Like 01 said, the Altezza differential is a 7.5" vs the 8.0" in the IS300....so it's a downgrade.
