My big custom reward is a day off work. I work from home and on my own schedule so taking a day off is reasonable, but it takes about 3 weeks of dailies and habits to get the one day. It takes around 30 extra seconds, but it's a good tradeoff for me because it's actually making habits that will last without Habitica. Also, you still end up getting the same amount of rewards.
