So I only have one more weekend to study for the IM COMAT. So far I have done ~300 uworld questions. I am debating if I should just focus on doing as many uworld questions as I can vs get a COMBANK or a COMQUEST and run through all the questions in a week.The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. I think I had like 5 rheum questions and had to guess on 3-4 of them.

In my opinion, the goal is to show progression so as long as you get consistently better, you should do just fine. In terms of resources, there's always Truelearn (Combank) and Uworld but if you've been doing Amboss and Comquest, I don't think that's going to be much help. The number one resource I used during 3rd year was anki.

There's like 450 questions for FM and like 1000+ for "Medicine". I felt like it had a good spread of systems like you mentioned but it tended to be more outpatient management oriented. FM comat is easier. Lots of guideline based questions like what age to do colonoscopy and stuff. FM was a bit easier and it was more outpatient based.
