I-751 and n400 combo interview.
I filed I-751 in 2021, and N-400 in 2022, and had a combo interview in February 2023. The officer gave me a paper that says I passed the civic tests, but cannot make the decision on that day because of my pending I-751. Yesterday, 4/10, the status on my I-751 case changed to "New Card is Being Produced", but nothing has changed on the N-400 case.

They usually do a combo if both files are in the office at the time the interview is scheduled. So if your N400 interview notice appear before the I751 is adjudicated it is likely that it will be a combo interview or just a N400 interview but then they cant make a decision till your I751 is adjudicated, and that adjudication can happen without an interview ...
