It's Dynamic FPS + 60 FPS enabled but the actual framerate in Ryujinx is 55-60 FPS during a night rainstorm. But as you can see, the stuttering is really low/rare now with v1.41 of Dynamic FPS. This also has the RayTracing effects enabled using Reshade + the color_correct reshade I posted/included in the mods package.
