I would strongly suggest getting the Vidar at 25, and then one of 26 faction ships, ideally not one which will take g3 materials you want for the 28-32-34 ships. I had Saladin and Bortas when I was late 20s, maxed both, would strongly suggest only getting one Ops 28 ship. Saladin is the best of then, followed by Bortas, then Centurion.
