I searched everywhere and couldn't find any info on whether you can farm root of nightmares already or not. Not until it is replaced by the reprised raid in season 22. At that time it will become one of the rotating raids. When it's featured, it will be farmable. Until then, you can earn loot once per week per class. Newest raid is never farmable.
