I-485 (General) My i-485 application was transferred from NBC to TSC. The process was going fine until they moved it to TSC and radio silence after that. Here is the timeline: Jan 2021- i-140 applied. Sept 13 2021- i-485 Case received. Sept 2021- Receipt Notice. Oct 2022- Fingerprints taken. October 19 2021- Case transferred to TSC.The letter says "I485 - application to register permanent residence or adjust status" in the case type section of the letter and mentions NBC in the body. NBC is just a processing center. The important thing is they do not directly adjudicate 485s. This is done at a FO or certain other service centers.

I-140 was approved in October 23’. Perm PD - October 22’. ROW EB2 meaning PD is current starting from this week. I-485 was filed directly to NBC in mid October 23’ (almost 3 months ago) after the I-140 was approved. I asked Emma today and they said the case was moved to the Pittsburgh field office on 12/26/2023.

The only connection I see is that I-485 is being sent to the same USCIS service center which has my I-140 under processing. I don't know on what basis my attorney sent my I-485/I-765/I-131 to National Benefit Center in Missouri. While the I-485 was transferred, I-131 & I-765 continues to be with NBC.
