RNG and all that, but I’ve been keeping a log of drops and preliminarily it looks like the drop rate is something like 10 to 15% with a bias towards certain (older) exotics regardless of whether you are doing a master or legendary lost sector. I got three different exotic engrams that went to the postmaster but when I decrypted them they were boots instead of arms.
