250 posts · Joined 2014. #2 · Aug 3, 2015. It is a long shot but I believe CUE is based on the hard drive. It may be possible that the hard drive is dying. CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.

I talked with the Cadillac Customer Care. They ran test to find that they could not find my car in their system. He told me I need to have my GPS reset. I took it to Rancho Cadillac in Victorville, CA. They charged me $115 to do nothing because as soon as I got in my vehicle. The no GPS signal appeared. 2015 SRX GPS not working. Just picked up our brand new 2015 SRX. Traded our 2011 SRX for the new one. Everyone was telling me how much better the CUE system is, and how much better overall the new car is. Well I have 200 hundred miles on it and the GPS craps out. The Navi unit shows me driving around somewhere about 90 miles away from where I live.
