I think you had to have 200k min net worth. I’m directly invested in Midwest farmland. Average returns since the 1950s have held up well against the SP500 but with less volatility. Added benefit of being able to borrow against farmland at low fixed interest rates for up to 20 years. Ive looked into AcreTrader.
