I realized that healing comps like energy cycle don't technically use CC, but silence - hence they do 20% less dmg more often than they debuff enemy teams. Unless you use heroes like Tasi which isn't meta. Same with stall teams. On paper I belive you need aoe CC for healing teams - but I don't know if it really matters that much.
