My Internet was out, router can be connected, just no Internet. So i called customer service, they ran a line test and said the ONT box is not responding. But i still see lights on the box. They asked me to reset it by pressing down the reset button on the PSU for 30 seconds. After that, the ONT box is no longer lighting up.
