To simplify what that actually gains: you get 49.3% more Serene Storm damage, but use all 5 Archon shard slots for that boost. Of course, that assumes Crimson work like Azure.

Other shards are better on her like starting energy, just the one is plenty, and saves having to swap in preparation for short missions. Energy orb effectiveness helps energy sustain if that is an issue (so does taking duration from a red shard). Her armor value is low so armor shards are a very effective way of boosting her EHP.
