I think power stance wins out in speed and poise damage, but dunno about damage wise. Most power stance combos from what I've seen are very strong though. It wins in damage too. Some weapons have better move sets 2h than when powerstanced, and of course colossals can't be parried when 2h.With STR, you want to make those chunks as huge as you can. you need to stance break. you need to learn to use the RKR before the riposte.
