What I do to fix it is retract one of your operators, rehire an operator on that slot, do 1 exfil streak, then go back to the operator with a broken exfil streak, and it will be working again next time you exfil. 2.I had to do complete this mission twice. The first time I completed it, I did the 3 trackers on enemy exfil choppers, and tracker on final exfil in different games. I was doing missions in the next tier, but my game crashed and my progress for exfil tracking reset. I completed the mission again and am now on crown tier 5

I have a bug for example where it shows 0 perks if I die, but if I exfil next run, it restores all 10. I had an interesting experience the other week, had a streak of 10+, died 2 games in a row, the next game it fave it right back ended up riding that streak to 30+. Not that it means anything with perks not working n all.

Strange they haven’t addressed it yet. But you can still cheese your streak by rage quitting before the elimination screen. They definitely need to fix that even before sending perks live. We really could use perks in this too. Getting quickfix, double time, a few others, could be really useful against the stronger AI

As I said, streaks are stupidly easy to achieve, there's literally no trouble doing it. So I doubt the would adjust AI to combat anyone cheesing streaks for perks that don't work. They are broken in so many ways. Mine resets to zero when I die, then when I next exfil shows me at 10+ with full perks.

Its my opinion that they are turned off and there's going to be some other streak rewards added later. I personally just think the perks will just make teams too strong and make it so anyone without a streak active at a steep disadvantage.
