Meta_Gabbro. • 1 yr. ago. Temperature sensitivity is measured by velocity change per degree of temperature change (fps/deg). For CFE223 it’s roughly 1.7 fps/degree, so if you do a load up in winter at 30F and try to shoot it in the summer at 90F, you’ll have velocities roughly 100fps higher.

Sierra lists the 65 and 63 grain bullets together in the same table sharing the same data. Hodgdon's website has a load for .223 for the Sierra 63 grain SP.
