Cadillac cue not working.

I own a 2016 Cadillac ATS. On friday, my CUE went out as a result I have no heat, power steering, and the OnStar does not work. I am not sure what the issue is, but my warranty recently expired as I am 4,000 miles over. Alright so I bought the 2.5 ATS a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with the car and the cue system is a gem to have. BUT, I've been having a problem with the voice recognition system. Just got back from updating the CUE system on my ATS after 2days. The dealer was packed with people so I couldn't really test it too much onsite. After I got home I was trying everything out and everything seems to be working perfectly if not even better than before. Only issue am having is, now to A/C wont come through the main vents only the top.
